HNFE is dedicated to uncovering, applying, and sharing breakthroughs in nutrition, food science, and exercise through our graduate programs. Students drive scientific innovation by exploring molecular and cellular aspects of diet, nutrients, and physical activity in health and disease, conducting clinical and experimental studies, and examining nutritional behaviors in community and clinical environments. All program tracks emphasize mastering scientific methodology, developing expertise in nutrition and exercise sciences, and comprehending the full scope of translational research.
