The Developmental Science concentration prepares upcoming scholars by combining guided research training with structured coursework across multiple relevant disciplines. Students explore fundamental concepts and timeless inquiries in developmental psychology throughout the human life cycle. Through direct involvement in research labs, they acquire hands-on skills while tailoring their education to specific interests via customized study plans. Additionally, students serve as instructors and mentors for undergraduates. Alumni advance to careers in higher education, research institutions, and non-academic teaching environments.
