Prospective students can enroll directly in the Ph.D. program, the combined M.S./Ph.D. track, or solely pursue an M.S. degree. The M.S. program offers two distinct pathways: (1) Thesis track, which requires completing original research under faculty supervision and producing a thesis, or (2) Non-thesis track, which entails fulfilling additional course requirements and submitting a comprehensive project report.

Ph.D. candidacy is achieved after successfully completing preliminary and qualification exams. The doctoral program culminates with a dissertation defense based on the student's independent research contributions.

The M.Eng. program is designed for engineering professionals aiming for leadership positions with a focus on Construction Management. Its curriculum parallels the non-thesis M.S. requirements. All degree programs mandate completion of specified credit hours. Detailed course information can be found in the Graduate School's official catalog.
