The Human and Organizational Development (HOD) program equips students to tackle intricate societal challenges within organizations and communities. The HOD curriculum encourages students to understand human issues and their resolutions within wider social-ecological frameworks. Coursework integrates diverse academic viewpoints (including psychology, organizational studies, sociology, political science, anthropology, geography, and economics) while examining social concerns at various analytical levels (from individual to international scales). HOD classes employ dynamic teaching methods featuring group work, simulations, case analyses, practical fieldwork, and direct engagement with scholars and industry practitioners.
All candidates for admission must present transcripts of work completed in high school.
