Valpo's Environmental Engineering students utilize their chemistry and biology expertise to enhance air, water, and soil quality across the planet. The program's location near Lake Michigan offers abundant chances for hands-on water resource management practice, complemented by our cutting-edge environmental engineering laboratory. Students cultivate robust communication and leadership abilities alongside their technical knowledge. Industry actively recruits these comprehensively educated Valpo engineers, demonstrated by an engineering placement rate exceeding 99% over the last four years.
Applicants are required to have High School graduation.
English language requirements: TOEFL (75 iBT minimum); IELTS (6.0 minimum); iTEP (3.8 or higher); PTE (56 or higher); SAT (Reading & Writing score of 500); ACT (English score of 24); GCE or GCSE English exam (Grade of A or B); IB Higher Level English Exam (Score of 5, 6, or 7 or grade A or B); Completion of at least 2 consecutive years of high school and graduate from a US based high school; Completion of Level 112 at an ELS Language Center.
