This program enhances knowledge of place-based and outdoor education methods. Spanning two years, the curriculum launches each fall - Year 1 at Teton Science Schools (TSS) and Year 2 at the University of Wyoming. Participants will complete:
15 TSS graduate credits (Year 1)
15 University of Wyoming credits (Year 2)
A Plan B research project (Year 2)
Ideal for those seeking hands-on outdoor instruction with emphasis on ecological and place-based learning. Admission is exclusive to candidates accepted into the TSS Graduate Program.
Graduates earn a Master's in Natural Science Education through this customized blend of coursework and research.
