Our research focuses on diverse aspects of Social and Personality Psychology. We explore how people understand and respond to social environment challenges and communal life. Our investigations span multiple analytical levels, from biological and physiological foundations of social interactions to psychological drivers of motivation and self-expression, along with group dynamics and cultural influences on emotions, cognition, and actions.
Our approach combines controlled lab experiments with real-world studies and intervention-based research. Methodologies include behavioral observations, attitude and intention surveys, psychophysiological and hormonal measurements, as well as neuroimaging. The field particularly excels in applying advanced statistical methods, including meta-analytical approaches.
International applicants must have a degree comparable to a regionally accredited U.S. bachelor’s degree.
