This history major offers the broadest scope among available options, designed to provide worldwide coverage within a 40-credit undergraduate program. Similar to other majors, it mandates two exclusive history courses (HIS-200 and HIS-490), plus three regional history surveys at the 200-level.
Beyond this core, the program requires additional coursework including studies in women's, gender, and sexuality history, two U.S. history classes, various world region courses, and one global-transregional class.
Applicant must have completion of secondary or post-secondary from institution.
English Language Proficiency
Applicant must have TOEFL score of 73 with IELTS score of 6.0 and PTE score of 54. In addition completion of ELS level 112 and completion of WESLI level 700 is required.
Priority application deadlines are 15 December for the January/Spring semester and 15 July for the September/Fall semester.
