The Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) Program is an in-depth graduate curriculum designed to equip students for leadership positions in the real estate sector. This program blends scholarly excellence with practical industry applications, featuring instruction from top real estate professors and numerous affiliated faculty members who are prominent professionals. Housed in the College of Built Environments, the program offers a genuinely cross-disciplinary approach. Its unique 18-month format enables students to pursue a broad MSRE degree or specialize in corporate real estate, development, or finance and investment. With intimate class settings, students benefit from close faculty engagement and multiple chances to compete in intercollegiate events.
Minimum 3.0 grade-point-average for the last two years of study. Incoming students who possess a non-quantitative bachelor’s degree (e.g. arts, humanities etc.) not taken or successfully completed quantitative courses (e.g. statistics, accounting/financial reporting, management and visualization techniques) can pursue this pathway. If you have successfully completed coursework in all the areas referenced previously you can apply for the advanced standing MSRE.
