The Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) Program is an in-depth graduate curriculum designed to equip students for leadership positions in the real estate sector. Housed in the College of Built Environments, the program offers a genuinely cross-disciplinary approach. Qualification Requirements

Minimum 3.0 grade-point-average for the last two years of study. Incoming students who possess a non-quantitative bachelor’s degree (e.g. arts, humanities etc.) not taken or successfully completed quantitative courses (e.g. statistics, accounting/financial reporting, management and visualization techniques) can pursue this pathway. If you have successfully completed coursework in all the areas referenced previously you can apply for the advanced standing MSRE.
