The Mathematics Department provides four specialized tracks tailored for students pursuing pure mathematics. These pathways cultivate abilities in abstract reasoning, precise logic, analytical skills, clear communication, and effective technical writing. Mathematics education equips learners with universally valuable capabilities applicable across diverse fields, including technology, economics, and education. The Standard track serves students seeking a flexible mathematics qualification. While its requirements are less restrictive than other tracks, we advise selecting complementary courses to deepen expertise in particular mathematical domains, potentially paired with a relevant minor. Course offerings span algebraic studies, geometric principles, topological concepts, combinatorial methods, analytical techniques, number theory, optimization strategies, and probabilistic models.
Student must have a High School Qualification.
