Sociology examines how people interact within groups, ranging from small social circles to entire countries. Researchers analyze group dynamics and explore reasons behind societal stability and transformation. The field encourages analytical thinking about challenges like discrimination, racial tensions, legal systems, activism, migration, schooling, healthcare, family structures, and gender/sexual identity roles. A bachelor's degree in sociology equips students with insights that go beyond individual experiences, fostering comprehension of key developments in contemporary culture.
