Our initiatives demonstrate our profound dedication to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion as we collaborate with students to build a fairer world. Leveraging the knowledge of skilled educators and community allies, we equip future teachers to recognize and nurture the strengths and potential each student brings to their education. We operate with honesty, prioritizing the achievement and welfare of students, families, and communities. As advocates for equity, we serve as mentors, partners, and pioneers in teacher education.

Our highly regarded program combines comprehensive teaching methodology with hands-on training, ensuring graduates can address the varied requirements of their pupils.
The Master of Teaching is a 12-month, group-based course that begins each June and concludes the following May.
Participants undertake supervised teaching placements with accomplished mentor educators and instructional coaches. These rotations occur across multiple schools to provide varied exposure before entering the profession.
This graduate-level program is designed for individuals who hold a bachelor's degree.
The general curriculum certification suits educators working with students who have mild to moderate learning challenges. It contrasts with the Special Education - Adapted Curriculum certification, which our School of Education and Human Development does not provide.
