This graduate program offers training in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, health policy, legal and ethical considerations, applied community research, and strategies for community involvement.
Students can choose between two specialization tracks: Research in Practice or Health Policy, Law and Ethics.
Emphasizing community connections, the MPH program fosters partnerships with health organizations and public health practitioners. Through local, national, and international collaborations, faculty and students engage in various service projects. The program also provides platforms for students to showcase their research at state-level conferences and collaborate with policymakers on public health initiatives.
