The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) equips students for leadership roles as executives, managers, and specialists across various organizations. This program offers the chance to: grasp modern business practices; recognize business history's progression and understand societal and economic factors in our interconnected world; foster ethical responsibility and civic engagement; master core business functions, their interconnections, while building specialized expertise; and lay the groundwork for advanced studies. The curriculum promotes building strong foundations in liberal arts and sciences, honing analytical skills, exploring key business disciplines, and emphasizing leadership's crucial role in driving both community advancement and economic growth within today's business landscape.
Complete an accredited high school program.     
Meet the following requirements:
Top 25% - Automatic Admissions
2nd Quartile - Minimum of 2.75 GPA
3rd Quartile - Minimum of 2.75 GPA
4th Quartile- Minimum of 2.75 GPA
 
All freshmen who meet UT Tyler’s published admission criteria for ACT/SAT scores and high school rankings are automatically admitted into one of the majors in the Soules College of Business. Freshman who do not meet the minimum admission criteria may apply for entrance into the College once they achieve sophomore classification and a minimum of 15 hours at UT Tyler.
