The interdisciplinary Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems (SAFS) caters to students passionate about enhancing the sustainability of contemporary food and agricultural networks. SAFS graduates pursue diverse career paths spanning agricultural production (encompassing crops, livestock, and biofuels), food system administration, community development in both rural and urban settings, educational outreach, as well as roles in agricultural, environmental, and economic policy development.
