Students pursuing a Health Psychology specialization can explore research topics including health inequities, community health initiatives, coping with long-term health conditions, cognitive processes in decision-making, risky behaviors, tobacco prevention and quitting strategies, alcohol-related disorders, and youth drinking and driving behaviors. This research-focused program offers five specialized tracks: behavioral neuroscience, bilingual studies, health psychology, forensic psychology, or social psychology.
