The Graduate Certificate in Economic and Demographic Data Analysis is available to both enrolled graduate students and non-degree seekers.
EPPS (School of Economic, Political and Policy Sciences) provides a Graduate Certificate in Economic and Demographic Data Analysis. This program equips students with skills in research methodology, quantitative techniques, and statistical modeling for practical use across various disciplines including public administration, urban studies, healthcare policy, economic growth, criminal justice, financial services, and market research. Both degree-pursuing and non-degree students can earn this certificate. To obtain it, participants must successfully finish 15 graduate-level credit hours (equivalent to five courses).
Admission to graduate-level certificate programs requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent and an undergraduate record indicative of readiness for graduate work. Many certificate programs do not require admissions tests such as the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) unless or until a student seeks admission to a related master's program.
