This concentration equips students with expertise in real estate capital markets, property investment strategies, and urban planning alongside core MBA coursework. MBA candidates focusing on real estate finance should take Real Estate Investment Decisions (RE 386.2) in their first-year spring semester. This foundational course readies students for summer internships with real estate firms.
