Our Master's programs (M.A. or M.Ed.) in Learning Technologies (LT) equip students with expertise in emerging digital tools, educational theories, instructional design principles, user experience, and assessment methods. The curriculum develops professionals capable of working across diverse learning environments including primary/secondary schools, universities, and corporate training programs. Housed within the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, we bring together educators, scholars, and innovators who champion transformative educational practices. Our department celebrates linguistic and cultural diversity while developing teaching strategies that address varied learner requirements. This mission is supported by our distinguished faculty, dedicated staff, and state-of-the-art technological and research facilities.
Students must have a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in the United States or a comparable degree from a foreign academic institution. A grade point average of at least 3.00 in upper-division (junior- and senior-level) coursework and in any graduate work already completed.
The minimum scores considered acceptable for admission by the Graduate School are:
TOEFL: 79 on the Internet-based test (iBT)
IELTS: An overall band of 6.5 on the Academic Examination
