The Master of Science in Real Estate program equips students with advanced knowledge of real estate decision-making processes in contemporary society, offering more specialized training than undergraduate studies. Qualification Requirements
You may apply as an international graduate student if you have completed a bachelor's degree from either a U.S. regionally accredited college or university or its foreign equivalent before starting graduate study. UTA offers master's degrees, doctoral degrees, and graduate certification programs. The minimum acceptable score on the TOEFL is on the Internet-based test 79 (with sectional scores of 22 writing, 21 speaking, 20 reading, and 16 listening), 550 on the paper-based test and 213 on the computer-based test. The IELTS can be substituted for TOEFL scores. The minimum acceptable overall score of 6.5 is required for admission. An undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
