The Educational Leadership Ph.D. program prepares graduates for diverse roles including research, policy analysis, academic administration, and teaching positions. This innovative program bridges the gap between K-12 and higher education by uniting scholars and students across all educational levels. Grounded in the belief that every individual can achieve academic excellence, the curriculum examines institutional obstacles that hinder student success. Participants gain comprehensive knowledge of leadership theories and policy formation through coursework spanning both school administration and postsecondary education leadership.
Students have completed a bachelor’s degree from either a U.S. regionally accredited college or university or its foreign equivalent before starting graduate study.
