Physics explores the nature of matter, energy, and their interactions across all scales, from the incredibly small to the vastly large. As the most foundational physical science, its principles underpin all other natural sciences. Our undergraduate physics program delivers comprehensive training in core physics concepts while allowing students to tailor their studies through specialized tracks: academic, astronomy, or general concentrations. The academic track prepares students for careers or advanced study in physics-related fields like astronomy, engineering, laser technology, or computational science. The astronomy concentration caters to those pursuing graduate studies in astronomy or astrophysics. The general concentration offers flexibility for students applying physics knowledge to diverse areas including education, medicine, law, journalism, business, or other chosen professions.

To apply for admission as an undergraduate student, each international student is required to provide the following:
A completed application for undergraduate admission.
Complete one required essay chosen from one of seven prompts.
