The Printmaking Program offers a comprehensive studio education for students pursuing BA, BFA, or MFA degrees in Studio Art, featuring coursework in intaglio, lithography, relief printing, monotype, book arts/papermaking, and screen printing. Students are encouraged to explore the full spectrum of printmaking techniques, ranging from time-honored methods to digital approaches. Our program highlights how material choices and processes can shape and refine artistic concepts. We value both conventional and innovative methods, including monoprints, variable editions, mixed-media approaches combining print and non-print elements, and photographic print techniques. The program maintains no stylistic or technical hierarchy, ensuring each student's unique artistic vision remains the true benchmark of success.
