The Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology (MSSLP) program offers dual pathways: professional training for ASHA clinical certification or foundational preparation for PhD studies. This graduate curriculum encompasses fundamental science instruction along with specialized training in assessing and managing speech, language, fluency, voice, swallowing, and neurological communication impairments. Graduates pursue clinical careers across educational institutions, medical facilities, rehab centers, and community clinics. Hands-on training occurs through the university's Speech and Hearing Clinic and numerous partner facilities including schools, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers. Participants complete all academic and clinical prerequisites necessary for the post-graduation Clinical Fellowship (CF) requirement.
