The Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) program specializing in Catholic Education prepares students for teaching roles in Catholic schools while enhancing their instructional abilities. For the initial three semesters, while fulfilling Teacher Education Credential requirements, classes are scheduled on weekday evenings (Monday through Thursday) and occasionally on Saturdays. The second semester introduces student teaching, typically demanding two weekly days of classroom participation. By the third semester, this commitment increases to five full days per week of in-class instruction.
