Earn your nursing degree in just 12 or 24 months through the University of Rochester's Accelerated BSN program. This accelerated BSN program delivers an accredited nursing degree in one or two years, preparing graduates to successfully complete their licensing examination and begin working as registered nurses.
The University of Rochester's Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program transforms ambitious students into skilled nurses at a top-ranked university in upstate New York.
Participants will earn 49 nursing credits and gain over 700 hours of clinical experience across medical-surgical, obstetric, pediatric, and psychiatric units at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Following three or six semesters of intensive study, students graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Program completers are then eligible to take the NCLEX-RN examination for registered nurse certification.
