Industrial and Systems engineering plays a crucial role in solving intricate challenges across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, transportation, technology, healthcare, aerospace, and supply chain management. Our accomplished faculty and students are at the forefront of research in these fields and beyond. Industrial and Systems engineers enhance, unify, educate, and pioneer. Unlike many engineers who focus on products or processes, ISEs tackle a wide array of issues involving both human and technological aspects. Organizations value ISEs for their ability to analyze, assess, and optimize entire technical and business operations. Graduates in ISE secure positions in a broader range of industries than any other engineering discipline. Our alumni are employed in various roles and locations, from financial institutions on Wall Street to emerging tech companies in Silicon Valley, spanning industries like aerospace, manufacturing, energy, healthcare, entertainment, risk management, logistics, defense, and retail/wholesale distribution.
