The studio arts program provides an immersive learning journey that connects students with both classic and modern artistic methods while fostering analytical abilities. This curriculum merges foundational university education with idea-focused exploration across various studio art fields. Upon finishing the four required foundational courses, learners progress to beginner-level classes in ceramics, drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpture. Subsequently, students may seek entry into the studio art concentration. The College of Fine Arts encompasses departments for Dance, Music, the Peggy Dow Helmerich School of Drama, the A. Max Weitzenhoffer School of Musical Theatre, and the OU School of Visual Arts. All departments provide bachelor's degree options, with Dance, Drama, Music, and Visual Arts additionally offering advanced degree opportunities.

Freshman must submit official transcripts from all secondary or middle schools attended. If secondary school in your country includes standardized graduation exams and certificates, official copies of these should be submitted.
All freshman applicants are required to submit one letter of recommendation, two additional letters may be submitted.
Any high school official, including a counselor, teacher, principal, etc. Preferably someone who knows the student well.
Students will need to know the name and email address of their preferred recommender so he/she can be contacted about composing the letter of recommendation.
