The Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership is a 54-credit doctoral program that equips students with advanced knowledge in leadership and administration within education. This program challenges participants to achieve four key objectives: conducting thorough research on educational leadership topics, enhancing instructional quality through leadership, promoting fairness and inclusion for every learner, and fostering democratic school environments.
Program alumni qualify for administrative roles such as assistant superintendent or superintendent positions across North Carolina.

Applicants must have
English Language Proficiency: TOEFL: internet based - 79, or paper based - 550. A score of at least 6.5 is required on the IELTS.
