The Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership offers two specialization paths: Pre K-12 and Higher Education Leadership. Those pursuing the PreK-12 track typically work in system-wide leadership roles across various sectors, including school districts, education departments, policy organizations, nonprofits, corporations, and foundations. Alumni often become professors, superintendents, nonprofit directors, curriculum specialists, early childhood program administrators, or executive leaders.
Students choosing the Higher Education track generally work within academic institutions, policy development, university administration, or institutional research. Career outcomes include roles as academic directors, university executives, presidents, program coordinators, chancellors, and professional development specialists.

Qualification Requirements
Admission to the program requires the applicant to have a master's or specialist degree from an accredited university, a graduate cumulative grade point average of 3.25 or better on a 4.0 scale on the last graduate degree, three (3) letters of recommendation, and acceptable score on an interview, an acceptable score on a writing sample, and three years of appropriate work experience.
