The MSW curriculum provides coursework and practical experiences that help students analyze the social and economic difficulties affecting vulnerable children, adults, and seniors. Participants gain both interpersonal and professional competencies to assist society's most disadvantaged populations while being rooted in evidence-based approaches to address significant challenges. This program trains graduates for hands-on agency work, administration of nonprofit and government organizations, community engagement, policy development, advocacy efforts, and leadership roles within social work. The Community, Management & Policy Practice Concentration (CMPP) educates social work students to address societal issues through organizational leadership, community building initiatives, and policy reform.
