The UNC Adams School of Dentistry's Orthodontics Graduate Program offers a comprehensive 33-month curriculum blending hands-on clinical training with research-focused education, culminating in both an orthodontics certificate and a Master of Science degree. This program aims to develop skilled practitioners ready for either community or academic settings, emphasizing professional excellence and leadership within the field.
Students also participate in an intensive practice management seminar series, including real-world learning opportunities through visits to private orthodontic practices across California.
All prospective students must hold a DDS, DMD or equivalent degree from a dental school. The required minimum total score on the exams are internet-based TOEFL exam = 90, The IELTS exam = 7.
