Carolina's Master in School Administration program provides adaptable options for working professionals aiming to gain expertise in promoting equity, addressing achievement gaps, and fostering inclusive school environments.
Designed for busy educators, this 2-year HyFlex program combines online and on-campus learning to deliver both a degree and licensure.
During their final year, all MSA HyFlex students qualify for a fully funded, year-long internship through state support.
This program prepares educators for leadership positions, with alumni typically advancing to school administration roles or taking on significant positions in educational organizations at state, regional, or national levels.
Graduates meet the requirements for K-12 principal licensure from the N.C. State Department of Public Instruction and are generally eligible for principal certification across most states.
