The Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership caters to dedicated, accomplished educators aiming to deepen their expertise in leadership for learning and systemic change. This program follows an adapted cohort approach, with new student groups starting each summer and completing foundational courses together. Participants both enrich and gain from a dynamic learning community. Cohorts dedicate three consecutive summers to full-time study during July, supplemented by five intensive Friday-to-Sunday weekends each academic term. With guidance from the program coordinator, doctoral candidates may select elective courses beyond the mandatory Educational Leadership curriculum.
