Maintaining a 3.00 overall GPA is mandatory for continuation and graduation, while a 2.50 GPA across major courses is required for the dual degree. The essay is an opportunity for us to get to know you as a person, not just your grades and test scores. It also gives us an example of how you express yourself and demonstrates your ability to organize your thoughts. The personal essay should be between 250 and 650 words on a topic of your choice.
All non-native English speaking undergraduate international applicants must demonstrate English language competency in one of the following ways BEFORE they can enroll in a degree program at the University of New Haven:
