Ambitious students with excellent academic performance have the opportunity to earn both their bachelor's and master's degrees in Political Science within a condensed five-year timeframe. Since completing a BA and MA typically requires 10 semesters, this accelerated program offers undergraduates significant financial and academic advantages.
Participants in the five-year BA/MA program must satisfy ALL requirements for both degrees to graduate. Those accepted into this program can enroll in three graduate-level courses during their final undergraduate year, allowing them to begin their master's studies while finishing their bachelor's degree.

Qualification Requirements
Each student must have their official high school diploma or general equivalency diploma. Applicants should have at least a 3.2 GPA, both within the Political Science major and overall at UNH.
