Geophysicists investigate Earth systems using laboratory experiments, computational modeling, theoretical approaches, remote sensing, and field measurements. Their work encompasses magnetic and gravitational fields, tectonic activity, volcanic processes, water cycle dynamics, and interactions with the Moon and other astronomical objects.
