The graduate program in Women's and Gender Studies enhances students' readiness for higher academic pursuits and diverse career paths within their main field or other professions. The WGS Program maintains collaborative ties with departments including Anthropology, Art and Art History, Communication Studies, English, History, Political Science, and Sociology. For degree programs without an official WGS concentration, students may pursue it as a supplementary minor. Both the specialization and minor options enable graduate students to broaden their understanding of gender, sexuality, and diversity through the program's cutting-edge interdisciplinary approaches in Women's and Gender Studies.
