The graduate program in Women's and Gender Studies enhances students' preparedness for pursuing higher academic degrees or entering diverse professional fields within their chosen discipline. The WGS Program maintains collaborative ties with departments including Anthropology, Art and Art History, Communication Studies, English, History, Political Science, and Sociology. For degree programs without an official WGS concentration, students may pursue it as a supplementary minor. Both the specialization and minor options offer rigorous academic engagement, allowing students to broaden their graduate-level understanding of gender, sexuality, and diversity through the interdisciplinary lens of Women's and Gender Studies.
