The Complex Biosystems program is designed for students who want to use statistical and computational methods across various biological fields, such as human health, medical biochemistry, microbial metagenomics, ecology, evolution, and plant sciences. During the initial year, this interdisciplinary program provides two semesters of lab rotations covering diverse subjects, along with one semester of hands-on teaching experience. First-year students explore major challenges in life sciences as a group while mastering modern technical and analytical techniques to tackle these issues.
