Explore crime, deviance, and punishment in American society through a comprehensive lens. The University of Montana's criminology program provides insights into how juvenile and criminal justice systems address offenders while safeguarding victims.
Whether pursuing the Criminology (BA) degree on campus or via UMOnline's distance learning option, students learn from distinguished UM faculty. Each instructor holds a Ph.D. in sociology, with three of our four full-time faculty members specializing in criminology through advanced graduate training.
This program cultivates analytical abilities, offers thorough knowledge of the U.S. justice system, and provides hands-on learning through internship opportunities. Qualification Requirements
To be considered for undergraduate admission to University of Montana, all international applicants must demonstrate English proficiency by submitting a score on an approved test or by qualifying for an exemption.
