The Public Relations Certificate provides a structured curriculum designed to equip students with essential skills for a thriving PR career. This writing-focused program combines mandatory and optional courses that blend hands-on industry knowledge with contemporary communication strategies and research methods. The curriculum aligns with the most recent guidelines from the Commission on Public Relations Education and meets the certification standards set by the Public Relations Society of America. To obtain the certificate, participants must successfully complete at least 21 credit hours in specified courses with a minimum grade of C.
