The Food and Hospitality Systems Graduate Program provides three specialization paths for its Master's and Doctoral degrees: Food Science, Hospitality Management, and Agricultural Systems Technology. Additionally, the online Graduate Certificate in Food Safety and Defense falls under the academic oversight of this program.

A minimum requirement of 72 graduate-level credit hours after completing a Bachelor's degree.
At least 15 credit hours must be at the 8000-level or higher, not including readings, research, problems, or independent study courses.
Up to 30 post-baccalaureate graduate credits (excluding readings, research, problems, and independent study courses) from an accredited university may be transferred.

BS and MS in food science or food technology hospitality management business management or agricultural technology or management from an accredited University or equivalent experience

Have earned at least a 3.0 Grade Point Average in the last 60 hours of baccalaureate coursework required for applicants with less than a graduate certificate graduate degree or professional degree.
