The Department of Writing Studies educates students on how written communication (including digital, visual, and textual forms) influences society, with special focus on scientific and technical fields. The Technical Communication Certificate program teaches students to apply foundational theories and research-based methods to develop content that addresses real-world challenges in technical communication environments.
