Ranked among the nation's top programs, the Humphrey School's Master of Public Policy (MPP) prepares dedicated students for careers in public service across all levels of government and internationally. This program focuses on developing tomorrow's leaders to promote collective well-being in an increasingly diverse society, providing them with the tools to create, implement, and champion effective policy solutions. By integrating political science, economics, statistics, management, and various social sciences, the MPP curriculum influences policies and initiatives worldwide. Most MPP candidates finish their graduate studies within a two-year timeframe. Participants gain from the Humphrey School's specialized knowledge in international policy, leadership development, political systems, social policy research, and urban planning strategies. The curriculum is structured as a two-year program.
A four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited US university or foreign equivalent at time of enrollment.
English Language Proficiency Requirements: TOEFL iBT – 100; TOEFL pBT - 600; IELTS Academic – 7.0; MELAB – 80; Pearson Test of Academic English (PTE Academic) – 59; Cambridge Assessment English (CAE) C1 Advanced – 180.
