The Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development pioneers research on educational and organizational transformation across local, national, and worldwide settings. Our academic work, instruction, and community initiatives demonstrate a dedication to cross-disciplinary and cross-cultural collaboration with education professionals, researchers, and policymakers aiming to improve leadership approaches, policy frameworks, and development strategies internationally. Graduate students pursuing MA or PhD degrees can select from five specialized program tracks: education policy and leadership (EPL), evaluation studies (ES), higher education (HE), comparative and international development education (CIDE), and human resource development (HRD). At the undergraduate level, we concentrate on human resource development along with business and marketing education. The department also provides numerous professional development opportunities and certification programs for working professionals.
