The Clinical Science and Psychopathology Research Program (CSPR) is internationally recognized as a premier training ground for future leaders in clinical science. Our curriculum provides comprehensive instruction in assessment and intervention methods while establishing a strong foundation in psychopathology research. While graduates pursue diverse careers in both applied settings and research, our primary focus is preparing students for academic clinical psychology or research scientist roles.
Through collaborations with psychologists in related departments, local hospitals, and mental health facilities, we offer extensive research opportunities and clinical training across numerous specialties. This network enables us to support virtually any research focus or clinical training requirement, with particular expertise in psychopathology and personality studies - areas that reflect our faculty's collective research strengths.
