More and more, businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits are prioritizing sustainability in their decision-making processes. They understand that achieving beneficial environmental, economic, and social impacts requires developing thorough, forward-thinking strategies and hiring knowledgeable, skilled professionals to execute them. To meet these needs, both public and private organizations depend on specialists who combine a holistic grasp of sustainability with deep expertise in their specific industry. The sustainable systems management program equips graduates with the competencies needed to create, evaluate, deploy, and oversee systems that further sustainability objectives. This inherently multidisciplinary program stands out through its integrated core curriculum blending practical skills and substantive knowledge, its focus on cultivating robust analytical and quantitative abilities, and its comprehensive foundational coursework spanning mathematics, science, business, economics, history, and policy.
