This six-year minimum program aims to develop specialized expertise in aspiring clinician-scientists focused on craniofacial conditions. The curriculum combines biomedical graduate studies, advanced science coursework, research training, specialty residency programs, and professional development in research ethics and leadership. Through collaboration between faculty, the OHS program, dental specialty departments, the School of Dentistry, and Rackham Graduate School, we strive to cultivate future leaders, educators, and researchers who will drive progress in craniofacial health, academic dentistry, and public health. The program offers a combined 6-7 year PhD research track with dental specialty master's training.
