The Bachelor of Science in Information is an advanced undergraduate degree completed during your third and fourth years at the University of Michigan. An application is required for admission to the Bachelor of Science in Information program. There are three ways that students can apply for the Bachelor of Science in Information program: as a high school student (preferred admissions), as a transfer student from another institution (new transfer), or as a currently enrolled U-M student (cross-campus transfer).
Maintain overall 3.3 GPA.
General English Proficiency Score Ranges
MELAB (plus speaking): 85 range with section scores 80+ and 3+ in speaking
TOEFL (PBT): 600 range with section scores 57+
TOEFL (iBT): 100 range with section scores 23+ in listening & reading and 21+ in speaking & writing
IELTS: 7.0 range with section scores 6.5+
ECPE: Certificate with all sections at least a C
CAE: 185 with no less than 180+ in all sections (CEFR C1)
CPE: Pass with B (CEFR C1)
